Donations receipts (TAX info)

If you have made any donations to Horizon Church or a visiting ministry at Horizon Church during the tax year 2010/2011 please note the following;

We will endeavour to post you your donations receipt by the beginning of May 2011. Only folk who have donated using a tithe number or filled out a receipt request will be eligible for a receipt. If you are eligible WE STILL REQUIRE you to complete the following steps.

For us to produce a receipt we need the "Legal name" which you use for IRD purposes AND your full postal address. 

You can submit these to us by subscribing through our online mailing system. Please follow these simple steps;

1.  Once you have clicked the link at step 5 this page will open

2.  You will then receive an email in your inbox like this - click on "Update your profile" link



3.  This will take you to our online email marketing site, where you need to subscribe to option 4:
Yes I'd like a Donations Receipt (For Tax Rebate). If you want to subscribe to any other mailers, you may "tick" them as well at this point. If you have already subscribed please check your details on the right hand column and fill in all mandatory fields.



4. Once you have done this - you will be able to access the online "form" where you can give/update/check your current postal address and "legal name".  You may give us any additional info if you are part of the Horizon family ie birthdays, anniversaries etc.
